STREET TOUR

1. Do you have any automatic cars?
   YES we have Street Tour dates where all the cars have automatic transmission. These include the Ferrari 360, Audi R8, GTR R35, Aston Martin Vantage, and Corvette C6.
2. What are the standard cars?
   Lamborghini Gallardo, Viper SRT 10, Porsche 911, 427 Cobra, Ferrari 360, Aston Martin Vantage, and either the Nissan G-TR or the Audi R8.
3. Are there any hidden fees?
   NO. Fuel, KM, tires, brakes, lunch, and beverages are all included, plus tax.
4. When are the tours?
   The tours run April through November. We run them everyday except Saturdays during the peak season in the summer. Weekend dates are $99 extra per person.
5. Will I get to drive all the cars?
   Yes! At designated checkpoints you will switch cars untill you drive them all.Everyone has the equal opportunity behind the wheel.
6. When is our date set?
   We sell a lot of certificates off-season, which could be months away from the actual tour. We will call everyone as soon as the weather turns better. We have to wait for 2-3 good rains to get the sand and salt off the back roads (otherwise it is too slippery and unsafe) before we can start setting dates. This way you will know your schedule better. Once your date is set there are no changing dates (unless it is forecasted to rain) because everyone has to attend to drive all the cars. We will switch your date if we can find someone to replace your seat(s). Please do not call us last minute to cancel, as there will be no refunds. Thank you for your understanding.
7. Is it safe?
   YES. The tours are guided with a safety car leading the tour and another one at the rear. The tours are out of the city, on rural roads with minimal traffic. The amazing efforts of the Halton regional police and OPP keep our speed in check. We fully explain each car and its driving characteristics before the tour starts.
8. What roads/ area do we drive on?
   The tours start and end in Oakville from our main office. It will take about 15 minutes to get out of the city and the twisties will last the whole day. Our route typically takes us to the Guelph area over to the Caledon area, and back to Oakville.
9. What is the Age Requirement for this tour?
   You must be 21 years and older to participate on this tour.
10. What happens if it rains?
    If it is forecasted to rain on your scheduled date, we will leave the decision up to the group & the majority wins. If on the day before we learn that it is forecasted to rain heavily and we feel that it will be unsafe to tour, we will set up a rain date.
11. What is the security deposit for?
    The deposit is required on the day of the tour, either on credit card or cash. The deposit is deductible for any damages to the cars. Please understand these cars are very expensive to repair and we have to ensure customers drive responsibly and safely. The deposit is refunded the same day.
12. Are the cars modified?
    Yes. Most of the cars are lowered, with aftermarket rims, exhausts and chipped.
13. How many people attend the tour.
    There are always 2 people to a car unless you buy two seats and want to come alone to drive all day. If you buy a 1-person seat there will be another paying customer in the car sharing the driving with you. If you buy a 2-person tour the driver can drive the entire time OR share the driving with the passenger.
14. How long have you been running these tours?
    We have been running these tours for 4 years. It has been growing in popularity because of its amazing value and worthwhile experience.We are so sure of these tours that we will offer you your money back if we do not offer everything stated
15. Do you offer group discounts?
    Refer 12 people to join our tours and one person can come for free. At this value there is not much room to play in price.
16. Can I bring a friend?
    You may bring as many people as you want before and after the tour for a photo opportunity. Better yet buy them a seat for a day.
17. I have a gift certificate from a third-party eg: Groupon. Can it be used towards a tour or track day?
    YES. Just pay the difference and you will be upgraded to a thrill of a lifetime.
18. I got a gift certificate on sale and now a friend wants to join me on a tour. How much would we have to pay?
    We will honor the same price you paid for any referrals that would like to join you. Please make sure you notify us as soon as possible as dates fill up fast.
19. How many people can be accommodated on a tour if we have a large group?
    Any more than 14 people (7 cars) starts to get difficult in keeping everyone together, however anything is possible. Pease call for pricing, as anything larger will need a police escort to get in and out of the city.
20. I have never driven a Lamborghini or any other exotic for that matter, what can i expect?
    Expect to have the time of your life. A lot of people are nervous but that is part of the fun. Honestly these cars drive the same as any other car. They are just expensive and to some people intimating. Don't let that hold you back. It will be one of the most rewarding and motivational days of your life. After you have purchased a package feel free to visit us anytime before your day out to try out the cars.
21. Do I need my own insurance?
    No. We supply the insurance for your experience.
22. When is the security deposit due?
    On the day of the tour or track day. Please call your credit card company the day before so there are no complications when you arrive.

TRACK DAYS

1. Are the cars detuned?
   NO. In most cases the cars are faster than stock.
2. Are there any hidden fees?
   NO. Fuel, KM, tires, brakes, lunch and beverages are all included, plus tax.
3. What track are we driving on?
   For the most part we use Toronto Motorsports Park (Cayuga) but sometimes we use Mosport Driver Development Track.
4. Is it safe?
   Every sport has its risks but we have a clean 3-year, accident free track record that we want to keep. Both tracks are fast and technical. There are no walls except for one, but it is a slow section of the track with no potential for collision.
5. What type of tires is used?
   We run performance street tires with great grip.
6. Do you supply safety equipment?
   YES. We provide protective helmets but please feel free to bring your own.
7. How long do we drive?
   Typically we are out for around 6 hours in total. It takes around 3 hours of street driving to and from our Oakville office to get acquainted with the cars. Once on the track, you get a total of 30 laps around the track. You will drive all the cars supplied.
8. What is the $5000 security deposit for?
   The deposit is required on track day, either on credit card or cash. The deposit is deductible for any damages to the cars.The chances of an accident are slim to none on the track configurement we run. If it was not a safe day we would not run the events. Our competitor does not require you to make a security deposit but you are confined to their boring slow rules which only makes sense you have nothing on the line. With us you drive to YOUR limit and have an amazing experience. THE DEPOSIT IS REFUNDED THE SAME DAY.
9. What cars do we drive (pick from) on this amazing day?
   Ferrari 360, GT-R R35, Viper SRT 10, Porsche 911, Audi R8, 427 Cobra, Corvette ZO6, Aston Martin Vantage. We run back-to-back days so there is always the possibility of a mechanical issue. Another car of equal performance will replace the unavailable car. In some instances we have two of the same model.
10. Can we drive as fast as we want?
    You can drive as fast as your abilities without going off the track.
11. Are the cars modified?
    Yes. Most of the cars are lowered, with aftermarket rims, exhausts and chipped.
12. How much time is in the classroom?
    As long as your comfortable and require instruction. We will go over the track, answer any questions and take you around the track a few times to show you the race lines. We will have an instructor in the car at all times but by no means are they a back seat driver unless you want to learn how to drive smoother and faster.
13. Is lunch or beverages included?
    YES the event is catered.
14. Can I bring a friend?
    YES. You may bring as many people as you want to the track to watch and video tape your experience.
15. What happens if it rains?
    We will cancel and reschedule if there is a potential for rain. We will notify you the day before your track day so please make sure we have a contact number to reach you.
16. I got a gift certificate on sale and now a friend wants to join me on a tour. How much would we have to pay?
    We will honor the same price you paid for any referrals that would like to join you. Please make sure you notify us as soon as possible as dates fill up fast.
17. I have never driven on the track. What can I expect?
    Expect to have the time of your life. You can drive as fast or as slow as you want. You do not have to prove anything to anyone. Drive at your own pace.
18. Do I need my own insurance?
    No. We supply the insurance for your experience.
19. What is the minimum age to drive?
    If you are participating in the 7 car experience and driving to and from the track on public roads (as a bonus), the minimum age is 23 years. If you are meeting us at the track, the minimum age is 19 years.
20. When is the security deposit due?
    On the day of the tour or track day. Please call your credit card company the day before so there are no complications when you arrive.
21. Why buy this Exotic Car Track Day experience over a competitors?
    This is the real deal and value! 7 cars up to $800,000 !!! We allow you to actually push the cars to your limit like other competitors. Nothing compares to our program in Canada. Our 7 car del works out to $200 a car and you also get the bonus of driving 4 different exotics on the highway as a convoy which is really cool. This adds up to about 3 hours of extra driving. We are the ONLY company offering Standard transmissions and our cars are far from stock. We are the ONLY company offering a weather guarantee. You pay good money and we do not run in the rain like the other guys nor do we make you stand around waiting for a car. You're always in a car!
22. Do i need prior racing experience?
    No. Many of our customers are first timers.
23. What is provided and what do i need to bring?
    All participants are provided with a helmet. Participants need to wear socks, closed-toe shoes and long pants. Driving participants should also bring their valid drivers license and credit card (in your name or card holder must be present) for the security deposit.
24. Are reservations required?
    Yes. Our season runs May thru October.
25. Will i follow a pace car?
    No.
26. Are there other cars on the track?
    There are other cars on the track for the Race Track Experience. For Top Speed and Slalom runs only one car at a time to ensure safety.
27. Are gift cards available?
    Yes.

AUTOCROSS SLALOM

1. How fast can we drive?
   You can honestly drive as fast as you can.
2. Is there a security deposit?
   $1000 refundable security deposit the day of the event.
3. Is this as fun as the track days?
   Depends. The speeds are not as high because it is a shorter, tighter course however this is where you can hang out the rear end and put the power down as the runway is 200 feet wide and has manicured grass on either side.
4. Do I need insurance?
   There is no insurance required as it is private property however you will be required to sign a waiver.
5. When are the events?
   Weekly June through October.
6. Are passengers allowed?
   No, the car are only two seaters and instructors are in the passenger seat.
7. Are spectators allowed?
   Spectators are free and encouraged.
8. What happens if it rains?
   We will cancel and reschedule if there is a forecast for rain. We will notify you the day before your track day so please make sure we have a contact number to reach you on. We are the only company offering this weather guarantee. We do not expect you to run in the rain like our competitors and have a boring slow experience.
9. Do you offer in car video?
   Yes, you may purchase an HD video for $80 for all the cars.
10. Do we get to drive to and from the track if I buy less than 7 cars?
    That deal is only if you buy the 7 car deal.
11. Your one car deal is expensive compared to your competitors?
    Our competitor offers a 1 lap deal which is a total waste of your time. You will not know the car well enough to actually drive it fast nor will they let you! It is essentially, a money grab. We may be more expensive but you will actually get to DRIVE the car and you will get a lot more laps to get acquainted with the car. Remember these cars are high-powered and will teach you a lesson fast. You will need practice in car not in a classroom. We know you're here to drive your dream cars not sit in a classroom listening to rules and theories until your blue in the face.
12. What is included?
    Everything plus tax. Gas, beverages, track rental, tires, brakes. Discounts for multiple drivers please call for details.
13. Are there any height and weight restrictions?
    Exotics 6"5 and under F2000 car 6"1 and 230 lbs under.
14. Where is the airport?
    468 Niagara Stone Road, Niagara-On-The-Lake, ON (approx 1 hr from Toronto).
15. I want to bring my own car. What is required?
    Any car is welcomed. You do not need any special tires, suspension. $99 gets you on the track all day.

• We take customer privacy seriously and do not sell or give out any customer information. We do not keep a mailing list but we do distribute newsletters.
  
  Your privacy is extremely important to us. The trust placed in us by our customers is absolutely essential to our success. We understand that and do all we can to earn and protect that trust. We do not share your personal information with any outside companies nor collect any information.

TEST DRIVE DAILY DEAL CERTIFICATES

• If you have purchased a Gift Certificate for one of our Test Drives, please email us at exoticcartours@gmail.com with your preferred date, time, Daily deals number, your phone number and the car you want. We will contact you directly to confirm the availability.
  
  
• Test drives require a $500 refundable security deposit on credit card or cash the day of the test drive. It is refunded after you return but you'll be required to pay the HST. Bring your Drivers Licence to ensure you are over 21 years of age.
  
  Lamborghini Murcielago $1000 security deposit required. Test Drives are combination of limited city driving and mainly highway, we have designated routes planned. A waiver must be signed.
